How to pipe cupcakes with buttercream using a savoy bag - simple


How to Pipe and Decorate your cupcakes, muffins, fairy cakes and small cakes using Buttercream, a Savoy piping bag and a Star Savoy tube. and some multi coloured edible dots / sprinkles. Step 1. First Pipe a blob of buttercream in the centre of your cake. This can be a different flavour to the rest of the piping or perhaps a blob of jam or Jelly or even a piece of fruit etc.. feel free to experiment :) Step 2. Now pipe round your first blob and continue in a spiral fashion until it is hidden, stop piping and lift the tube from the cake. Step 3. Sparingly place your edible dots or sprinkles onto the icing. try and make sure there isn't too much of one colour together.
