The cupcake decorating magazine where I found these called them "Sparkler Cupcakes", I keep wanting to call them "celebration cupcakes" don't know why. You could vary the colour to match whatever holiday you were celebrating, green for St. Patty's day, red/white/blue for the 4th of July, red/white for the 1rst of July (Canada Day) etc. These were a PITA (pain in the a**) I will not be making these again, but they are cute.
